Debugging of Virtualized Multicore Embedded Targets
In August 2017, the Vamoss project, funded by the Central Innovation Program for SMEs, was initiated together with emtrion GmbH, Lauterbach GmbH and the Institut für verlässliche Embedded Systems und Kommunikationselektronik at the Hochschule Offenburg.
The goal of the project, to develop a software module that enables the debugging of individual virtual cells of the hypervisor Jailhouse, has now been successfully implemented.

Software tests as per ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119
Software testing often gets neglected – but not at emtrion. The software test is necessary in any case, to ensure the quality of the software.
According to the software test standard ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119, we take over individual test processes or offer you support in your test execution.
We also take over the implementation of an automated test according to current requirements and standards.
emCON-MX6 Dev Kit Linux including new BVARI baseboard
emtrion is pleased to announce the availability of the new BVARI Mini-ITX form factor baseboard, suitable for the emCON-family modules. It includes Gigabit Ethernet, miniPCIe, PCIe, mSATA and many other interfaces.
The developer kits allow you to easily swap between modules and operating systems. Solutions regarding virtualization (e.g. Jailhouse), Security and Fastboot are available on request.
